EU chemicals legislation aims to protect human health and the environment and to prevent barriers to trade. It consists of rules governing the marketing and use of chemical products.
Many regulations are applied to chemical production, transport, use and end of life managment.
ERMA is actively watching the EU chemical legislation and recommande the action to member for the best managment of the ligislations. ERMA working as one of the key european chemical association (stockholders) to promote our European interests and ensure a uniform and concerted European approach.
