ERMA Chair & Vice-chair elections
Under
ERMA
terms and conditions for Chairman and Vice-Chair
election:

Member elected as Chairman or Vice-chair shall be eligible to serve the Association as Chairman or
Vice-chair
for three consecutive
years.

All members of the Association are eligible for election as its Chairman and/or Vice-chair.

ERMA
Director should inform members minimum 3 weeks before General Assembly; And ask for
company candidate (if any).

The
Chairman or Vice-chair
elections should be included in GA agenda.

The
Chairman
and Vice-chair of association are
appointed for
three consecutive years
by the
majority
of Association
members
present at
the
General
Assembly meeting.
Note: Associated members could not be candidate or vote for these positions
